D.I.M. from Seroyal is a diindolylmethane supplement that offers support for women’s health, particularly breast health and a healthy hormone balance. Diindolylmethane (abbreviated D.I.M.) is a phytonutrient that is found in cruciferous plants like broccoli, bok choi, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. It is a precursor of indole-3-carbinol, and has been used to support women’s health and support healthy estrogen levels.
